Viper Racing Products offers a complete line of racing parts for Tomy Super G+Plus and Mega-G slot cars. These parts are high-performance racing products that will improve both the speed and handing of any Tomy AFX slot car chassis.

Along with a complete line of hop-up parts, Viper also offers fully race-ready slot cars and rolling chassis for those racers that prefer to simply purchase a complete chassis that's ready to win right out of the box!

The Viper V1 chassis is a direct replacement for the standard Tomy AFX Super G+Plus (SG+) chassis. It incorporates a unique front bumper that protects the pickup shoes, a lightened timing bracket and enlarged traction magnets pockets for stronger traction magnets offering higher cornering downforce.

All of your standard Tomy SG+ parts can be transferred to this racing chassis to create a faster box stock racer. Dual front axle holes allow for both 1.5" GT and 1.625" Indy/F1 body shells.

You can remove the integral Lexan body mounts with a utility knife if you plan to run an injection molded body shell.

The Viper V1 chassis is injection molded using an engineering plastic that will not break or crack. The chassis comes complete with a lightened timing bracket, end-bell thrust bearing and traction magnet clip.

Note: If you want to use your standard box-stock Tomy SG+ traction magnets remember to also order a pair of magnet shim plates.

Viper is manufacturing its own Tomy SG+ GT Body Clip, these are a direct replacement for the Tomy factory part. They also work with Viper's own chassis as well as the BSRT G3 chassis.

A second clip that lowers hard shell bodies by 0.020" is also available. Many Tomy body shells and Aurora A/FX shells will work with this lowered clip.

Lowering a hard shell body improves handling due to the new lowered center of gravity.

Viper is also offering SG+ motor armatures. These are a direct replacement for the factory stock motor. They offer higher performance at a reasonable price.

The Factory Stock and Super Stock motors will work with a standard 22 VDC Tomy power pack, while the Pro Stock motors require the 1-Amp Tomy Tri-Power Pack or an Astron power supply.

The Factory Stock and Super Stock motors measure out at 6 ohms, while the Pro Stock motors are a hotter 3-ohm wind.

These motor armatures can be used with any Tomy SG+ chassis, BSRT G2/G3 or the Viper V1 racing chassis shown above.

Both Box-Stock and Pro-Stock motors are available with a dynamically balanced armature.

Viper manufactures a new motor endbell that replaces the standard Tomy SG+ part. These endbells employ motor brushes 20% large than the stock item. They use arched brush contacts and an oversized bearing.

These endbells are available in two configurations; a box-stock replacement and an improved high-performance unit with a CNC-machined oversized motor bearing.

These endbells are direct replacements for the factory Tomy SG+ chassis and can be used in Viper V1 and BSRT G3 racing chassis as well.

Viper pickup shoes are an improved copper shoe that replaces the standard Tomy SG+ pickup shoes. These pickup shoes have a larger contact patch over the standard Tomy factory part.

These pickup shoes will fit any Tomy SG+, Turbo or SRT chassis. They will also fit the Viper V1 and BSRT G3 racing chassis.

Viper also produces pickup shoe springs and an improved pickup shoe holder. These parts will fit any Tomy SG+, Turbo and SRT chassis as well as the Viper V1 and BSRT G3 racing chassis.

Viper wheels and gears are precision CNC machined from black Delrin stock.

These parts will fit the Tomy SG+ Chassis, Turbo and SRT chassis, Viper and BSRT G3 racing chassis as well as all Tomy Mega-G and Mega-G Plus chassis.

Front and rear axles are hardened steel. Rear axles include a generous spline at the center for securing gears and stops. The ends are smooth for easy hub mounting.

The Front End kit includes a hardened steel axle, Delrin hubs and o-ring front tires. This kit will work with any Tomy slot car as well as Viper and BSRT G3 racing chassis.

The Rear End kit includes a splined axle, 23T Delrin Crown Gear and Boss, and a pair of .265" diameter rear hubs. This kit will also fit any Tomy, Viper or BSRT G3 chassis.

Viper also offers a clever chassis break-in block. The pockets at the rear of the block allow the rear axle and wheels to spin freely. This makes it easy to seat motor brushes and to lap gears.

The rail extensions at the end of the block can be used to clip power leads to the rails for run-in operations.

The block can also be used to inspect and adjust pick-up shoe rail contact.

Complete Viper Racing rolling chassis are also available. These are complete chassis made up entirely of Viper racing parts. Simply add a body and you're ready to race and win!

Viper chassis include integral Lexan body mounting posts. These post can be removed if you prefer to run an injection molded body shell.

Any Tomy body shell can be used. GT body shells will require a Tomy GT body clip, while F1/IndyCar bodies must be the Super G+Plus style. Mega-G open-wheel body shells will not fit.

The Viper Box Stock rolling chassis features a Viper V1 racing chassis fitted with Pro 4 Magnets, Viper box-stock motor armature and standard end-bell, Viper pickup shoes, hangers and springs, an O-Ring front end and Viper rear axle assembly with silicone racing tires.

This chassis will work with any standard Tomy wall pack. This rolling chassis out-performs any box-stock Tomy SG+ or Mega-G chassis.

The Viper Modified rolling chassis features a Viper V1 racing chassis fitted with Pro 10 Magnets, Viper outlaw modified motor armature and high-performance end-bell, Viper pickup shoes, hangers and springs, an O-Ring front end and Viper rear axle assembly with silicone racing tires.

This chassis works best with a Tomy 1 Amp Tri-Power pack or an Astron power supply. This rolling chassis is much faster than a box-stock racer.

Viper racing is now producing a pair of clear Lexan body shells for their rolling chassis. These body shells include windshield masks for painting and pre-marked wheel well openings and body pin holes.

These body shells make it extremely easy for anyone to get first class results when painting and trimming a clear Lexan body.

Viper Ready to Run (RTR) slot cars are now available with a pre-painted and trimmed Lexan body shell.

Two varieties are available using the rolling chassis described above. These slot cars arrived pre-tuned and ready to win right out of the box.

Available in standard HOPRA colors; Red, White, Blue and Yellow along with Silver and Green.
